    Hey there, I’m Cierra!

    I’m a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Bite Sized Wellness, but most importantly, I’m a mom of 3 who gets it. I know how exhausting it is to deal with picky eating, mealtime battles, and the constant worry about whether your child is getting the nutrition they need. That’s exactly why I do what I do.

    With 12+ years of experience in pediatrics, 7+ years of experience working with familes on primary health prevention and a deep understanding of child nutrition and development, I help parents take the stress out of feeding their kids. Through Bite Sized Wellness, I teach simple, realistic strategies to make mealtimes easier, help kids expand their food choices, and create a positive, nourishing environment—without pressure, bribing, or making separate meals.
